RACI Model¶
RACI model is an accountability model, which list
Responsible: who complete the task.
Accountable: who validate the correct completion of the deliverable
Consulted: who provide expert advice on the situation
Informed: who is kept informed, though do not participate directly
Other responsability models exist.
